Requirements
- The candidate should have a degree (minimum 2:2) in Social and environmental related studies with a minimum of 10 years of cognate experience.

Job Description
- Plan, design, and deliver training for our clients within the approved budget.
- Create training programs that will align with clients organisation’s objectives
- Follow up new business opportunities and ensure the clients learning goals are achieved with specified timelines.
- Develop training content as solutions to client employee knowledge and or skills gaps
- Develop strategies to penetrate and acquire new clients.
Requirements
- 8 year (s) work experience as a Learning and Development Specialist in a consulting firm
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively within all levels in an organization.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent power point skills.
Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Outsourcing
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- He/she will assist the Manager in managing the outsourcing department.
- Representing the company in meetings with clients.
- Manages outsourced staff from recruitment to exit.
- Generation of new outsourcing Businesses.
Requirements
- 6 year(s) work experience in an HR department, preferably in a consulting firm.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Strong business development skills.
