Job Title: Marketing Communication Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • A Marketing Communication Manager who will ensure campaigns aligns with key business strategies as well as increase the reach and impact of their profile and visibility through the delivery of high value and influential marketing, communications and PR in Nigeria and internationally, thereby significantly contributing to the development of new partnerships, sales and other opportunities.
  • To achieve this, you will work with the Communication and Marketing teams, developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in print, media, events and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help market and position our client FSL to attract Clients and Partners.
  • Plan the marketing and communications strategies for specific areas of our client FSL’s work and for different audiences. Work with the communication, Marketing and Senior Management teams to put the strategy into practice.
  • Design and develop creative communication and marketing products – presentations, briefings, etc. that will maximize the Brand’s message, support project objectives and contribute to the research sector.

Educational Qualifications / Requirements

  • Degree qualification (preferably in Information Technology Marketing, Media, Communications or Journalism).
  • Masters qualification (preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications or Journalism)
  • Have an excellent understanding of how to use marketing tools and techniques to increase the visibility, profile, and reputation of an organization.
  • Experience of developing and managing strong and complex relationships across programs as part of a centralized function and externally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing of websites and Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience of measuring the impact of communications products and changing strategies as a result of the findings.
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Have a good understanding of social media and the impact technology is having on communications and collaboration.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Brand Communication Manager.
  • Proficiency in creation of high-quality graphics content, 3D animations and Visual contents is highly required.
