We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We require young, smart and innovative business development professional with one year experience that cuts across business management, human resources and office administration (beginner level).
- The Executive Assistant serves as a support to the Senior Management Team (SMT); organizes and coordinates executive functions.
- The successful candidates will assume responsibility for the overall success of the Managing Partner’s business and projects deliverables in core human resources consulting, construction and special projects.
Description of Responsibilities
- Assists the Managing Partner with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Communicates with the general staff on the Managing Partner’s behalf and coordinates, attend logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
- Conducts research on prospective corporate bodies, product or service, and develops business development contents
- Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with clients and prospects. Writes letters and Memos, takes minutes of meetings, generate and interpret projects reports, seats at business meetings
- Administratively supports HR director (recruiting support, documents formatting, surveys set up and other administrative tasks), drafts emails and other company correspondence as directed.
- Manages and support project accounts; make bank deposits, ensure prompt settlement of projects/clients’ accounts
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with social sciences background and an interest in Human Resources, Business, national and global issues.
- One to two years' experience in providing support for upper-level management in a related organization
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint; fund-raising data management systems knowledge helpful.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors.

- Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions/Other Data:
- Own a Nigeria's Driver's License
- Due to the confidentiality of the work, the functions of this position should be performed in a private office location.
- Occasional travel may be involved.
