Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for candidates to fill the position of a recruitment officer with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Job Description
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- The successful candidate will be involved in key recruitment activities covering development of job descriptions, development of job adverts, sourcing/ headhunting, as well as coordination of screening and selection activities.
- Conducting reference checks on shortlisted candidates.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Requirements
- Should understand how to leverage various relevant platforms including LinkedIn, job portals etc., for candidates’ sourcing/ head-hunting
- Should have excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Candidates must reside on the island.
- First degree in any field
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience preferably in recruitment function.
- Should have prior knowledge/ experience in writing reports
- Should be a fast learner with strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Should be familiar with developing and/or analyzing job descriptions of various roles, and able to apply the understanding in sourcing for candidates that meet the requirements
Remuneration
N50,000 monthly plus commission.
Job Title: Female Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
- Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
- Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition
- Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
- Monitoring on-going campaign expenses against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
- Arranging the effective distribution of products
- Maintaining and updating customer databases and writing reports
- Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and product exhibitions
- Producing an accurate summary of total expenditure at the end of a marketing campaign.
- Undertaking detailed on-going analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
- Assisting in the production of on-going competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion for each conference and exhibition.
