We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Helpdesk/Customer Service Representative
Location: Abuja
Duties/Responsibilities
Planning:
- Records pre-orders, future events and passes all unattended enquiries or question to the Help Desk Manager.
- Recommends potential products and services to the Help Desk Manager by collecting customers’ information and analysing customer needs.
- Maintains customer records by updating necessary information.
- Inform production supervisors of pre-orders and pick -ups.
Customer Service:
- Communicating courteously with customers by interacting with them.
- Assist customers to facilitate their choices and purchases of freshly processed products.
- Attends to customer suggestions. Objections, complaints and gathers information on customers’ preferences, reactions and general feedback.
Cash Management/Marketing:
Give information about the availability and benefits of different products to walk-in customers.
- Create awareness of special offers & promotions, & Meal plans to walk-in customers.
- Guides and informs them on new products, charges for extras and toppings based on their request.
- Collect monies from despatch riders and reconcile.
- Remit daily sales to the Outlet Manager.
Administrative and other duties:
- Ensure the Customer service handbook is adhered to
- Ensure compliance to the Customer Service Protocol and OJTE Training Manual for Customer Service
- Records and inputs orders, pass on to the production Team and Dispatch accordingly.
- Confirm all online payments before inputting into vend and dispatching orders.
- Prepare daily sales reports and forward to the Help Desk Manager.
- Carries out other task assigned by the Help Desk Manager

Qualification
- Degree in Mass Communication or related courses with at least 1 year experience in same position.
Job Title: Restaurant/Outlet Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Summary/Purpose
- To provide visible leadership to the team members by overseeing the operations and management on a daily basis with the aim to maximize profit while minimizing cost.
Duties/Responsibilities
Planning:
- Organises and oversees the day to day operations and efficient the functioning of all units within the outlet
- Conducts weekly operations meeting within a reasonable and convenient time for all staff.
- Liaises with suppliers, distributors, vendors and other service providers to the store.Administrative and other duties:
- Ensure strict compliance with service protocols
- Ensures strict compliance to dress code, good hygiene standards and quality protocol and general outlook among staff.
- Generate and sends daily, weekly and monthly reports (sales, stock, audit, and required reports)
- Facilitate minor repairs involving the generators, air- conditioning, refrigeration units, and other equipment.
- Reports major repairs and maintenance work to the Facility
- Manager & follow up to ensure the job is done.
Managerial:
- Ensures daily store opening/closing times and procedures are strictly followed.
- Delegate tasks; following up on work results
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling an disciplining employee
- Ensure orderliness, routine cleaning and good hygienic condition
- Responsible for job sequencing, delegation, workplace scheduling, coaching and mentoring of employees
Customer Service:
- Ensures an organised, beautiful, and comfortable shopping environment for customers to have an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Be available to promptly attend to customers in the outlet
- Promptly attends to customer enquiries and complaints
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean environment
- Identifies current and future customer’s requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.Constantly interfacing with the HD unit for product availability & timely delivery.
Sales:
- Closes out cashiers
- Reconciles sales
- Remit daily sales to the bank
- Manages prudently the outlet petty cash expenditure
