Job Title: Business Manager

Job Description

  • The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that business objectives are met, and driving growth and profitability. 
  • This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all departments are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Manage the organization's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Innovation: Encourage innovation and creativity within the organization, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the organization, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and partners.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 monthly.
