Job Title: Revenue Growth Specialist 

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

  • The Revenue Growth Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning, account management, and business development. 
  • This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Manage Existing Customer Relationships: Manage existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver sales presentations to customers and prospects to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth and contribute to business success.
  • Develop and Maintain Sales Forecasts: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a revenue growth or business development role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 / month.
