Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Purpose
- Primary purpose of role is planning and management of projects. Focus is on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors and all stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties/key job roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for end to end quality project delivery and PO closure.
- Responsible for the end-to-end quality of Field Maintenance service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the Field Maintenance employee /resources management.
- Manage the day-to-day service delivery process
- Will be responsible for the customer communication, cross- organization interfacing and external interface management.
- Audit the delivered service of subcontractor and help subcontractor improve the performance.
- Periodically report the delivered performance and achievements
- Lead planning and implementation of projects
- Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
- Develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary
- Efficiently manage project budget and resource allocation
- Facilitate the definition of Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) and customer requirements
- Receive subcontractor engagement package and review according to supplier evaluation criteria.
- Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
- Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients' needs as appropriate to senior management.
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes on projects.
- Collaborate with logistics in vendor screening and selection.
- Conduct project reporting, capturing and monitoring progress to clients and other stakeholders (e.g. Quality, Procurement, Sales, Finance and HR teams) at all phases of projects.
- Responsible for ensuring all client tools, processes and checklists are utilized in the execution of all projects.
- Responsible for scheduling and conducting client acceptance process on all projects.
- Manages the customer relationship at the region.
- Responsible for cost, schedule control and validates payment milestones with the
- SDM and finance before payment to teams deployed in the region.
- Liaise with logistics manager for equipment delivery to its region.
Expected Output:
- Below are key outputs expected of the Project Manager:
- Project Plan and Progress Report.
- PO closure i.e. print supporting documents, signed acceptance and pre-process acceptance.
- Project Budget and Fund request.
- Monthly team and 3P performance evaluation report.
- Project Resource Utilization Report.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: B.Sc. / HND in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or Telecommunications. Any relevant post-graduate degree will be an advantage.
- Minimum Working Experience: 5 years of increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various projects. Outstanding grasp of IT and Telecoms concepts and processes.
- Required Certification(s): Project Management Certification, with preference for PMP and Prince 2.

Job Title: Field Maintenance Engineer
Location: Nationwide
Job Description
- The Field Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the Onsite Field Operation activities of the Resource(s) and/or resource elements in the Network.
- These include field equipment such as Radio equipment (BTS or RBS), transmission equipment (e.g. DXX, Mini link, NERA), and other equipment that may be deployed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Performing corrective maintenance activities according to Work Order received.
- Performing preventive onsite maintenance activities according to defined Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
- Coordinating with customer for operational issues
- Customer complaint handling and resolution
- Manage spares, tools and equipment
- Provide periodic updates on network maintenance
- Participate in field measurement activities i.e. radio network measurement collection, site health check activities e.g. grounding check
Expected Output:
- Below are key outputs expected of the Field maintenance Engineer;
- Achievement of physical work requirement within SLA.
- Daily WO Closure report.
- Weekly cluster audit.
- Monthly preventive and corrective report.
- Complete monthly spare parts handling report.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelors' Degree in Electrical / Computer Science discipline or equivalent.
Required Working Experience:
- At least 5 years experiences in telecommunications maintenance with 3 years Field Maintenance Management experience
- Required Certification(s):
- CAPM, CCNA, CCNP etc.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of the network resource topology and capabilities for Access and Radio.
- Good knowledge of Radio and Access equipment, and good understanding of alarm / status indicators and their interpretation and use.
- Adequate support system knowledge and shall be able to use required applications after proper set-up, with use of documentation without further assistance
- Knowledge of network implementation / integration processes.
- Sound Knowledge of Ericsson LTE
- Demonstrated Technical and management skills

Job Title: MS Back Office Engineer
Location: Lagos
Purpose
- The BO Engineer will offer high level support to the field maintenance engineers and shall have the authority to specify improvement proposal for resource layer functionality and to escalate within the department / group as well as to system support units / supplier partner functions so that resource layer may be maintained at specified level.
Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties/key job roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- 2nd level restoration of service network layer functionality and routine maintenance
- Collect and analyze service performance data and ensure that appropriate short term measures for optimization are taken to ensure that service performance meets specified severability or traffic ability criteria
- Provide service performance reporting with adequate information i.e. root cause analysis, to enable stakeholders and / or SIP processes to determine appropriate long term service and / or network resource improvements.
- Prepare, test and implement services configuration data changes for end user service activation, restoration and / or severability performance optimization
- Prepare, test and implement services configuration data changes for updates to service network layer functionality and / or severability performance optimization

- Perform network operations center routines as defined and ensure required updates to improve the operational service quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance of network elements.
- Implement continuously modifications to existing operations support systems to optimize the fault finding or to support new products and services
- Responsible for interfacing between the operations and maintenance organization and the vendors technical assistance center
- In the case of emergency or mayor events, back office personnel are to act immediately, prioritizes for trouble shooting and restoration of services
- Follow up with lesson learned database update and organize trainings
- Tracking network troubleshooting of faults from the time of their occurrence till the time of their resolution
- Record and report logs such as Daily Fault Log, Planned Work Monitoring, Complaint Handling, and Problem Summary Log
- Daily operation activity report for the suppliers back-office functions
- Participate in the trouble ticket process overview with SMILEs and monitor the closure rate against set SLA times
- During network failure and while the problem still persists, check the SLA time remaining. And ensuring all tickets outside the SLA are escalated to the Network Operations Engineer
- Secure and monitor Change Orders implementations to ensure that the intended objectives are achieved
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical / Computer Science discipline or equivalent.
- Masters’ Degree is an added advantage.
Required Working Experience:
- 5 years relevant industry experience, with strong background in engineering.
- Field experience is required.
Required Certification(s):
- CAPM, an added advantage.
- Any relevant professional certification.
Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:
- Excellent Knowledge of Ericsson BSC and RNC
- Strong background in APZ 212 33C/55, AXE10/810, APG40, APG43, RBS6000.
- CP and APG upgrades and updates.
- Rehoming and RF changes
- RBS software upgrade.
- Very Good understanding of LTE system and RF KPIs.
- Knowledge of IP configuration and troubleshooting.
- AXE hardware configuration data transcript.
- Knowledge of how to Prepare, implement and verify RBS rehoming and BSC reprinting
