Job Title: Electrical Engineer/Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of tender document for all EPC project.
- Development of project plan and project management.
- Handling operational issues and allocating of project resources.
- Monitoring, Assessment and management of Project risk.
- Negotiation of the EPC contractor and major Plan Procurement and ensuring the contractual terms are met.
- Project Change and Control Management.
- Carrying out other duties that may be assigned to you by management from time to time.
- Implement P&ID requirements into electrical design’
- Prepare electrical load list, schematic diagrams, single line diagrams, cable schedules and MTO using smart plant Electrical.
- Preparation of Hydrostatic test diagram to show the block limit for testing a system, type and test pressure.
- Develop preventive maintenance program with the involvement of maintenance staff for smooth operations.
- Supervising instrumentation installation calibration pre commissioning of New and Existing Plants
- Perform power system studies (short circuit, coordination, motor starting, arc flash harmonics) using ETAP
- Have knowledge of protection relay calibration and use kits
- Installation and maintenance of boiler high pressure
45kg/cm2(lBL) power house turbine (MAXWATT) 1.7MW, Cooling Tower,
Compressor, Fuel handling system, Ash conveying system, water
distribution and water treatment
- Model-Mark V. Control System
- Vibration and Temp safety System for 3300 SERIES, 3500 SERIES, 7200/9000
Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- Fully familiar with international codes standards and recommended practices
- 10 - 15 years relevant experience in the Oil and gas Industry
- Familiarity with Auto Card 2D, 3D and CADWORX (3D PLANT Software) a plus
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Port Harcourt
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years working experience in the oil and gas sector
- Must have management experience, business development skill and monitoring.
- Must be proficient in tendering and strategy development
- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to interface with high profile stakeholders and work independently
- Able to manage both human and resources proficiently.
- Proficient in the use of PC and conversant in the use of windows office application
Job Title: Instrument Engineer/Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervising instrumentation, installation, calibration, pre commissioning of New and Existing plants
- Supervising the preventive and corrective maintenance plant
- Model Mark V Control System
- Provide Maintenance, installation and troubleshooting support
for electrical and instrumentation systems on the pipeline and airfield.
- Vibration and Temp safety system for 3300 series, 3500 series, 7200/9000
- Execute role to maintain PM maintenance schedule.
- Break down support for EHL facilities to minimize any impact to operations
- Gas Compressor Surge protection systems
- Provide maintenance and trouble shootings, support ups and
breakdown of Gas turbines used for Gas Lift and Water Injection in a Gas
Plant facility
- Install/commission, troubleshoot and loop check complete
vibration protection control system and instrumentation associated with
Gas Turbines, Generators, Compressors
- Regular function Testing, Troubleshoot. Service and Calibration
for Platform Safety System ESD (Emergency Shutdown System), FSD (Fire
Shutdown System) Fixed H2S Detection System.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering for discipline work
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E)
- SAP Certified, Mp2
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
Job Title: Planning Engineer/Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
- Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
- Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of
- weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
- Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
- Maintain and records update of site Work progress obtained from Project Manager.
- Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
- Report so the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual
- progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
- Participate in project Meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
- Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
- Ability to quickly assess and make recommendations (rapid problem solving) regarding mechanical and civil issues
Qualifications
- HND/HNC in Civil Engineering essential.
- SAP Certified
- Masters Degree / MICE /C.Eng preferable
- Minimum 10 years mechanical or civil design engineering experience in the Gas Plant or gas industry is required.
- Professional Engineer(PE) is preferred
- Computer literate with comprehensive experience of main planning packages
Job Title: Mechanical Lead Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of Boiler high pressure 45kg/cm2
(IBL) power house, turbine (MAXWATT) 1.7MW, Cooling Tower, Compressor,
Fuel handling system, ash conveying system, water distribution and water
treatment.
- Prepare schedules for repairing, maintenance of equipment to ensure continuous production operations
- Review job orders to determine work priorities, calculate the monthly man hours and make comparison of planned Vs actual
- Preparation of Hydrostatic Test Diagram to show the block limit for testing a system, type and test pressure
- Develop preventive maintenance program with the involvement of maintenance staff for smooth operations
- Daily coordination with site manager point out the site issues and resolve issues from client
- Coordination and lead of piping jobs, equipment installation and alignment works on site
- Inspection of method of transfer of identification markings on
piping materials like color coding, heat number, transferring, stage
wise inspection of the fabrication work, piping installation as per
isometrics and P&ID
- Provide mechanical designs for pressure vessels and packaged
equipment consisting of piping, control valves instruments and structure
steel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering for discipline work
- Licensed professional Engineer (P.E)
- LEED accreditation
- Basic qualification: Bachelors of Science in Mechanical
- 5 - 10years mechanical or civil design engineering experience in the Gas Plant of Gas industry is required.
- Minimum of 8 years experience with refining/petrochemical/gas industry desing codes/specifications: AISC, ASCE 7, IBC, ACI, API
- Experience with European and Russian Design codes and standards
- Additional Qualification: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Experience generating specifications/drawings and equipment requisition for pressure vessels, internals and piping components
- Familiarity with AutoCad 2D, 3D and CADWorx (3D Plant design software) a plus
- Experience with stress analysis, structure design and pipe
flexibility analysis, non-destructive testing or rotating equipments is a
plus
- Ability to quickly assess and make recommendations (rapid problem solving) regarding mechanical and civil issues
- Professional Engineer (PE) required
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute all Electrical Engineering activities
- Maintain technical Integrity
- Implement P&ID requirements into electrical design
- Prepare electrical load list, schematic diagrams, single line diagrams, cable schedules and MTO using Smart Plan Electrical
- Review and coordinate electrical 3D model with the other discipline
- Review and coordinate electrical 2D AutoCAD/Micro-station drawings
- provide construction support and perform pre-commissioning and start-up activities for electrical systems when required
- Perform power system studies (short circuit, coordination, motor starting, arc flash , harmonics) using ETAP
- Perform calculations for equipment sizing, cable sizing, lighting grounding and heat tracing
- Design and checking of single lines, schematic and wiring
diagrams, area classification, grounding, panel/cable schedules,
equipment layout, cable layout, tray layout, lighting, electrical heat
tracing and installation details without supervision
- Have knowledge of protection relay calibration and use kits
- Adequate knowledge of industrial boilers and heater units
Qualifications
- A degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 - 10 years
experience in detailed engineering and design of electrical works for
gas projects in similar position
- Fully familiar with international codes, standards and
recommended practices standards like ANSL, IEEE, NEC, ISA, NEMA, CSA,
UL, API etc as well as classification techniques as per NEC
- Experience in Electrical design using smart plant electrical
- Experience in medium and low voltage systems
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks
