It seeks a supermarket operations manager, responsible for event sales, planning and management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Leading effective teams, high energy and a positive attitude;
Experienced with sourcing and stocking of products
Monitor sales and enhance customer experience; handling complaints and feedback;
Event marketing, promotion and operation;
Excellent communication, numeracy and logistical planning skills;
Ensure that products are priced rightly, displayed appropriately and are in good condition.
Possess a welcoming demeanor and ready to assist with customer needs for assistance.
Instruct and guide sales, inventory, accounting and other staff towards meeting overall goals
Ensure that the supermarket is safe, healthy, secure and clean at all times
Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules and time cards. Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for their department.
Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
