Job Title: Liability Manager
Location: Lagos
Reports to: The Head of Liabilities Management
Job Description
- Deposit mobilization, customer acquisition and retention, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for deposit mobilization and NTB account Opening
- Manage personal liability portfolio and client relationships
- Cross-sell other products such as consumer loans and mobile app
- Achieve agreed sales target as assigned by Management
- Provide highest level of customer service in line with the Firm’s standards
- Liaise with existing and prospective clients to provide investment advice in line with the customers profiles and needs
- Other activities as may be required by the Firm or Head of Liabilities Management
Competencies and Experience:
- Candidate must have related educational qualification, Master's Degree or finance related certification would be an added advantage
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective team player
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Willing to learn and able to work in a performance driven environment.
Job Title: Liability Management Team Lead
Location: Lagos
Reports to: The Head of Liabilities Management
Job Description
- Drive and manage the execution of sales strategy in deposit mobilization, customer acquisition and retention, relationship management and coordination of team’s activities to ensure over performance meets or exceeds portfolio growth and cross-sell targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for deposit mobilization and NTB account Opening
- Manage Liability portfolio and client relationships
- Cross-sell other products such as consumer loans and mobile app
- Achieve agreed sales target as assigned by Management
- Provide highest level of customer service in line with the Firm’s standards
- Manage and motivate team to achieve individual targets and overall team
- Liaise with existing and prospective clients to provide investment advice in line with the customer's profiles and needs
- Provide strategic direction for achieving and maintaining the target cost of funds
- Collate, analyze and report team’s performance in line with pre-determined KPIs
- Other activities as may be required by the Firm or Head of Liabilities Management
Competencies and Experience
- Candidate must have related educational qualification, Master's Degree or finance related certification would be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years related experience in banking or a related field
- At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to think strategically, implement strategic initiatives in the areas of liability generation and management, and resolve operational and administrative issues
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective team player
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Are you a Head Chef looking for new job opportunities? Our client is looking for an ambitious, passionate and driven Head Chef. You will lead a team of food specialists and ensure that our food maintains the highest quality.
- We hope you are ready to bring in some new and delicious changes to our kitchen and delight our guests!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design menus that enhance customers’ culinary experience while keeping up high quality.
- Submit cost proposals for menu items.
- Provide feedback regarding the food quality of large bulk purchases.
- Ensure that all food preparation is following regulatory guidelines.
- Design standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish.
- Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items.
- Look for ways to reduce spoilage of infrequently used items.
- Hire, train, and manage staff about proper kitchen sanitization methods.
Requirements
- 5 year(s) experience as a Sous/Partie/Cusine Chef.
- Ability to track expenses and manage a budget.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong passion for the art of food design.
- Culinary certification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
