We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Ikorodu, Lagos Job Description

  • A high-performing Sales manager is needed to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
  • He/She would be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
  • B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in product marketing
  • Must reside in Ikorodu or its environs
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    Job Title: Logistics Sales Account Executive Location: Lagos Duties and Responsibilities
  • Bring in new business by actively cold calling and following up on all leads provided in a timely fashion
  • Solve service problems, tracks order/delivery errors, call on accounts to resolve issues and follow up on special orders
  • Develop and maintain historical perspective on the marketplace to analyze and predict future trends and needs. Also maintains familiarity with competitor’s products and services
  • Work with the transportation department to facilitate timely customer deliveries
  • Ability to be the expert in FMCG logistics solutions in order to train and teach existing sales team
  • Additional duties as needed
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years or more of sales experience with at least one (1) year of Fleet management experience
  • Must be able to think strategically and develop long-term plans and relationships
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Proven success managing accounts and product life cycle
  • Motivation to research and provide proactive solutions
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of Hausa language is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer software programs as needed.
