Job Title: Head, Material Management and Supply Chain
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Planning, coordinating and controlling all supply chain activities associated with information system.
- Monitoring the quality, cost and efficiency of the movement, and storage of goods.
- Develop Business by gaining new suppliers analyzing logistical problems and provide new solutions.
- Decision making and solving issues related to supply chain.
- Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste or optimize customer service.
- Identifies and resolve discrepancies ordered in the warehouse.
- Provide leadership and direction to warehouse team.
- To drive a continuous improvement scheme.
- Conduct the purchasing duties for the organization.
- Analyses and release purchase orders
- Suggest competent Clearing Agent for the company.
- Issue work order for the clearing agent in charge of shipment.
- Evaluate suppliers.
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business for the organization.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate in a technical field with a minimum of Seven (7) years experience in Supply chain/procurement.
- A track-record of effectively managing teams to complete multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities with minimum guidance
- Thorough knowledge of supply chain processes, including shared services, with the ability to translate into actionable strategy and business initiatives
- Excellent inventory management skill
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
- Monitoring and time management skill
- Information and records management skill
- Must have the ability to pay attention to detail.
- Knowledge of procurement and material management.
- Very good leadership, relationship/people management skill.

Job Title: Head, Technical Service Department
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Lead the technical team to ensure that all equipment are always in good shape
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all company equipment
- Perform repairs and maintenance of all equipment and machines
- Ensure the proper working of all equipment and systems in the facility
- Keep record of all the day-to-day maintenance and service in the facility
- Comply with all corporate policies, including maintenance and safety policies while carrying out maintenance functions
- Report work activities/progress report to the Group Head Technical services
- Any other duty assigned to you by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate with a minimum of Eight (8) years experience in Automobile/Earthmoving/Heavy-duty Equipment.

Job Title: Chief Driver
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Plan all trips and manage the drivers on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure safety as a top priority.
- Develop appropriate preventative maintenance schedules for all vehicles and ensure strict adherence to these procedures.
- Maintain service records on all vehicles and driving records on all drivers.
- Ensure that proper vehicle management policies are followed.
- Assess buses and drivers, manage maintenance and arrange for quality vehicles and personnel when needed.
- Arrange for onsite periodical inspections of vehicles in use.
- Keep abreast with latest technologies to enhance company output.
- Keep track of driver hours and movements.
Job Requirements
- Must hold a minimum of HND and must have a minimum of Five (5) years experience in Logistics, Fleet Management and Driving.
- Good knowledge of road networks in Nigeria, with emphasis on FCT.
- Experience of car mechanics
