Sevissmaster is a new company founded out of the need to make services ordering more convenient. It focuses on convenience, standards and rewards. It is seeks to connect users with nearest available service providers. We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:     Job Title: Training Manager Location: Lagos Responsibilities

  • Would be delivering and coordinating training sessions for both vendors and in-house staff. Producing a lot of training documentation (manuals, handouts etc).
  • Would liase with both internal and external subject matter experts to develop training processes and documentation. Must be an excellent communicator - both oral and written.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc/HND in a customer-related field (mass communication, marketing etc)
  • Any other additional training qualifications
Experience
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in a Training position with at least the last 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Skills:
  • Able to deliver without any excuses
  • Must have people management skills
  • Able to deliver under pressure
  • Must be proficient with presentation tools such as Powerpoint and Office suite
  • Must be a very fluent communicator - both oral and written
  • Must have excellent presentation skills
  • Must be a very organised person that can plan, coordinate and track tasks productively
