Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Female)
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Details

  • We are recruiting to fill the position of Administrative Assitant. Interested candidatesshould possess a good working knowledge of office administration or record keeping with excellent written and oral communication skills, advocacy, proficiencyin ICT, working knowledge of graphic designs, emails, Corel draws, Canva. Ms word, excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based applications such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and google.
  • Candidate with experiences in graphics design skills and internet based applications will be highly prioritized

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidates will assist in administrative work, manage incoming and outgoing mails, manage social media pages with regular updates.
  • The ideal candidate must reside within Sango Ota environ and must have experiences in graphics design skills and internet based applications.

Skills / Education / Experience.

  • SSCE or OND in Administration or any related fields
  • The candidate must have good working knowledge of Computer skills in graphic designs particularly in Corel Draw, photoshop, and MS word, Ms excel, Canva, Powerpoint
  • Good written andoral communication skills.

 

 

 

Job Title: Program Assistant (Female)
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Details

  • Our organization is looking for experienced and passionate women's health and rights advocates who possess a good working knowledge of reproductive health and modern contraceptive methods, policy advocacy, stakeholders engagement, andcommunicationto join our program team.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidates will assist in coordinating community advocacy, communication, community visits, and meetings as well as providing reproductive health counseling, support, and care for our key population.
  • The ideal candidate must reside within Sango Ota, Alagbado Lagos environ

Skills / Education / Experience

  • OND / HND / BSc in Health Science or Social Science.
  • Good working knowledge of Computer skills, graphics designs, MS word, Ms excel, Canva, Powerpoint
  • Good written andoral communication skills.
