Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant
Location: Lagos
Reporting to: Country Director
Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Senior Sales Consultant to help us meet our revenue targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential for that territory, implementing sales plans and business development.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and business development experience with an excellent network of contacts and transferable skills from the training and consulting sector or a relevant sector.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Meeting personal and team sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives in the Lagos territory
- Manage and develop top client accounts in the Lagos territory
- Foster partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders in the territory to advance the company's competitive advantage
- Present team sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- To pro-actively seek new businesses in Lagos-Nigeria in the specified product range, by targeting a combination of company existing customer base and prospective customers.
- Apply systematic strategy to grow the company’s customer database, based on set deliverables.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Social Sciences or a related field with a minimum of second class lower
- Cognate experience in senior sales role in the Training and Consulting Industry.
- 7-10 years verifiable commercial and business experience
- Strong personal sales network in the Training and Consulting industry
- Self motivated with excellent leadership qualities
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing software application programs
- Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills.

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Abuja
Reporting to: Country Director
Job Summary
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's Training and Consulting Services in Abuja, by building productive and professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and business development experience with an excellent network of contacts and transferable skills from the training and consulting sector or a relevant sector.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to achieve a minimum individual annual sales target of £500,000 or as set by the Country manager within set timeline.
- To maintain good relationship with contacts and update the CRM with revenue and activity updates.
- Demonstrate Company’s Training Products and services to potential/existing clients and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs through a consultative sales effort.
- Distribute company’s brochures to clients and prospects.
- Daily physical visits to existing clients and prospects to sell company’s products.
- Achieve sales, activity and revenue targets set monthly and annually by the country Director
- Handle sales enquiries as assigned by the sales administrator or country Director
- To pro-actively seek new businesses in Abuja in the specified product and market, by targeting a combination of company existing customer base and prospective customers.
- Apply systematic strategy to grow the company’s customer database, based on set deliverables.
- Ensure the rest of the sales team is kept informed of developments within your product range and defined market
Job Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Marketing or a related field with a minimum of second class lower
- Cognate experience in Sales role in the Training and Consulting Industry
- 3-4 years verifiable commercial and business experience
- Strong personal sales network in the Training and Consulting industry in Abuja
- Good usage of computer applications
- Good usage of the internet and CRM tool
- Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills
