  • Perform Legal research and gather information in an organized manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team. This includes organizing schedules, arranging meetings, and setting up travel arrangements.
  • Write concise legal reports on business and administrative operations so that all involved parties can understand them.
  • Assist primarily the Executive Director with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis
  • Be friendly and personable while managing heavy communications and calendar scheduling (requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, clients, co-workers and the general public) to coordinate various complex meetings
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Lead short-term projects and initiatives as requested by the Executive Director
  • Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information
  • Have a proven ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing the scope of authority
  • Assist the Executive Director with all other related assigned tasks.
  • Assist with all Legal related issues as instructed by the Executive Director
Requirements
  • Min of LL.B or B.L Degree (LAW).
  • Min of 5 - 7 years’ experience as PERSONAL ASSISTANT with LAW BACKGROUND.
  • Must be Proficient in Speaking HAUSA.
  • Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
    Job Title: Electro Mechanical Technician Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or piece of equipment
  • Verify dimensions of parts, using precision measuring instruments, to ensure that specifications are met
  • Operate metalworking machines to make housings, fittings, and fixtures
  • Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies
  • Test the performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, using test instruments
  • Install electronic parts and hardware, using soldering equipment and hand tools
  • Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.
  • Test performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, and bridges.
  • Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
Requirements
  • Min of B.Sc Degree or its equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Min of 10 years’ experience as an Electro Mechanical Technician.

    Job Title: Head of Human Resources and Admin Location: Kano Responsibilities
  • Lead specific HR projects upon request by the MD/CEO.
  • Provide advice on conflict management.
  • Provide counsel on HR perspectives and requirements related to all HR issues to managers and staff..
  • In charge of HR annual plan preparations.
  • Support staffing plans, and ensure the staffing needs of the Organization are met on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage the daily operations and oversee the HR team.
  • Supervise completion of key administrative HR processes (e.g., staff contracts, holidays, general work permit issues payroll, benefits, relocation management, terminations etc.) to ensure effectiveness and accuracy in implementation and execution.
  • Ensure optimal use of HR database across the organization and the production of HR reports on key HR KPIs and statistics.
  • Develop, manage and implement the training policy and is responsible of the relevant annual budget.
  • Manage the appraisal and performance of employee.
Requirements
  • Must be Proficient in Speaking HAUSA.
  • Must have related Professional Certification E.g CIPM
