Job Title: Head, Business Development

Job Summary
- To design and implement strategies for the company’s growth plan, organize and effect growth programs and to optimize the revenue framework.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize industry experience and network to acquire institutional clients: capital firms, brokers/dealers, investment advisors, etc.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships both local and international
- Provide customer insight and advice management accordingly
- Engage company’s advisory partner to provide investment advice to clients when necessary.
- Develop and implement a framework for prioritizing growth and specific product improvement
- Champion end-end process of all product request
- Onboarding new idea that are most effective in reaching product’s target audience
- Responsible for selecting and integrating products into the company’s analytics framework
- Provide dashboard and testing tools as services across the organization.
Requirements
Experience and Qualification:
- A good first degree in related field
- M.Sc./ MBA and Member of a Certified Professional Body
- Must have 7-10+ hands on experience (5+ Capital Market experience preferred)
- Experience working in a Managerial role and building a team.

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary
- Responsible for the day to day running of all operational activities of the organization while ensuring that business operations are efficient, effective and resources are managed optimally.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees daily operations and makes adjustment as necessary.
- Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
- Design and implement strategic processes for business operations
- Set comprehensive goals for business performance and growth
- Lead the management team to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics for business decisions.
- Carry out all other task as delegated by the MD/Chief Executive Officer.
- Work with executives and managers to understand the workforce needs of the business.
- Oversee the legal and financial aspects of the company (contracts, agreements, compensations, financial reports, etc).
- Measure progress as well as hold the team accountable for hitting aggressive growth targets.
- Respond to inquiries from both local and foreign regulatory entities.
- Plans, directs, and oversees the company's operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals.
- Provide strategic and high-level oversight to the company financial management systems.
- Helps the organization execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership.
- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes with the aim of minimizing cost and wastages.
- Develops and implements growth strategies for the business.
Requirements
Experience and Qualification:
- Experience working in both a Managerial and Operational role.
- M.Sc./ MBA and Member of a Certified Professional Body.
