Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will undertake all HR functions, also administrative functions and sales in making the company a better place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • Proven 3 - 5 years cognate experience as HR officer
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Proficient in HR software and computer savvy is necessary
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Professional qualification is an added advantage
  • Must posses sales/marketing experience.
