VerifyMe is building the Nigerian trust infrastructure by offering digital identity and verification services to a wide range of industries and the retail market. Licensed by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), our verification services are available by API or via our full-service Managed Verification Platform.

Our customers can leverage our services to enable contactless customer onboarding, confirm National Identification Number (NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN), and Driver’s License (FRSC) and secure e-commerce transactions using our AI-powered facial recognition and liveness detection technology.

Job Title: HR / Admin Officer

Job Description

  • The goal is to create a good working culture and encourage employee engagements.
  • We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department

Responsibilities

  • Maintain physical and digital personnel records.

  • Assist in recruitment process; Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed. 
  • Assist in publishing job ads. 
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., joiners and leavers report, Employee headcount etc.) 
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary. 
  • Create budget for official events. 
  • Manage the office assistant
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/Airtime subscriptions etc. for employees. 
  • Update employees data on seamlesshr portal and sharepoint. And carrying out weekly audit. 

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role (2years experience). 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Public Speaking skills. 
  • A keen eye for detail. 
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation. 
  • Experience with HR software, such as SeamlessHR. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good time management skills. 
  • Emotional Intelligence. 
  • Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
