We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: General Manager Location: Abuja
Duties
  • Drive Marketing and sales (through a good understanding of Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing).
  • Ensure 70% daily occupancy rate.
  • Ensure 70% client Retention
  • Build a good network of people and pull on the existing network to bring in more customers
  • Ensure Quality Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Ensure high customer retention rate.
Experience Required
  • Must have a minimum of 5 yrs experience in the hospitality industry
  • Within 35yrs - 40yrs (not gender specific).
Skills Needed:
  • Detailed knowledge of the most current Hospitality software and a Clear understanding of the Competitive Market
  • A resilient Team builder with high performance standard to grow the Organization
  • Good leadership skills
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Flexibility
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ensuring a Minimum of 70% Occupancy Monthly.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
