We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Front Desk/ Human Resource Personnel Location: Lagos Responsibilities

  • Assist HR directors and managers keep track of client, vendors, employees, partners..etc information and conduct necessary follow-up as directed by company management.
  • Maintain proper procedures with in-house Applicant Tracking System to track and record all candidates, requisitions and interview data.
  • Ensure a smooth and seamless employee and guest experience by communicating warmly, clearly and effectively with the employee, guest, employee host, clients, vendors, etc. to meet the request at hand
  • Consistently offers professional, friendly and welcoming interactions
  • Greets, assists and/or directs visitors, vendors and the general public employing a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times.
  • Post job openings, review candidate CVs, gather information from applicants, verify prior employment, contact references and informing applicants about the status of their paperwork.
  • Maintaining company social media and marketing pages such as Facebook, LinkedIn and other media relates to job posting and brand awareness.
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing and specific hiring managers by providing accurate, detailed information on the position, company, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
