Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Facility managers are responsible for the security, maintenance, and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Job Descriptions

  • Ensure facilities meet the needs of multiple individual projects & monitor facility usage, operations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Overseeing and agreeing on contracts and providers for services including security, parking, and cleaning, catering, technology, and so on.
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • Responsible for overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
  • Prepare and implement an annual budget for building use and facility maintenance
  • Develop a schedule for regular evaluation of facilities & develop and execute a system for regular cleaning, repair, and maintenance of facilities.

Qualification and Experience

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, accounting, procurement or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Facility mgt. or procurement functions.
