Job Title: Executive Sales Officer

Job Summary
OLFAD GS needs a market active sales person for effective market activation. The ideal person must be vast in key areas of the real estate sector.

Job Description

  • Expansion of the company's existing areas of interest.
  • Conducting inspections & review of market analysis
  • Prime use of company's online marketing platforms
  • Sales and market activation on core nature of business (real estate)
  • Clientele relationship

Qualifications

  • BS.C in either Estate Management, Quantity Survey, another social science course.
  • 2 - 3 years experience in real estate and marketing
  • Knowledge in the use of social media platforms.
  • Capable of working independently
  • With 20 - 30 years of age
  • Resides on the island
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Exposure in the real estate sector

Salary

  • N50,000 - N70,000 monthly
