Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Nigeria
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, SEM and PPC.
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Graphic content design for marketing materials.
- In charge of e-newsletters and digital correspondences with new prospects.
Accountabilities:
- Online space. (social media and other forms of digital marketing activity).
- Implementing strategies for the organizational growth
Job Attributes
- Must have very strong MS Office experience.
- Must have strong graphics design knowledge
- Must be creative in content development
- Must be a good communicator and have very strong writing skills
- Ability to think analytically and creatively to identify potential solutions to key issues

Job Title: Client Services Officer
Location: Nigeria
General Role
- Manage Special Services (e.g. CMS), Provide assistance in office management with the responsibilities of reception, secretarial services and administrative tasks.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate Messenger Service (CMS):
- Managing CMS client database.
- Sourcing and maintaining supplier/ contractor database.
- Maintaining relationship with all suppliers/contractors
- Maintain CMS process documentation
- Work with Operations/CMS Manager to build new processes when required.
- Ensure constant communication with CMS
- End to end delivery of CMS projects
- Identify risk in CMS and provide solutions
- To support in matters related to sales and marketing of CMS to clients
Front Office:
- To maintain close relationship with customers, handle and resolve customers’ complaints and problems.
- Master the name and nature of business of all clients.
- Managing all telephone calls, fax, mails and other correspondence
- Arranging and confirming appointments
- Typing official documents
- Ensuring timely delivery of messages
- Maintenance of official records and contacts
- Host the reception desk in welcoming manner
- Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, and job candidates.
- Supplies information to callers, relays messages, and announces visitors.
- Handles special administrative projects as well as overflow from the department
Other duties includes:
- Security:
- oversee and ensure completion of paperwork, sign - in and out of visitors
- Monitor and ensure that duty posts are manned
- Scrutinize visitors and raise alarm in case of suspicion.
- All security incidences must be reported to the Business Manager and documented
- Cleaners:
- Oversee and ensure completion of paperwork, sign – in and cleaning procedures
- Lounge:
- Ensure it is in order at all times, TV is functional and ambience is welcoming.
- Accountabilities:
- Maintain a friendly front desk
- Participates in the activities of the assigned unit at all functional levels as needed, and may temporarily perform the duties of a superior in an emergency, or while the superior is on leave.
- Performs related duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications
- Substantial proven performance in administrative role
- Outstanding communication, teaming and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English
