As a unique outfit, with expansion across every other part of the country, we therefore invite suitably qualified candidates who can spearhead the drive for this expansion to fill the following position below in Rivers:     Job Title: Business Manager Location: Rivers Resposibilities The responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

  • Oversee the day - to - day operations of the organization.
  • Motivate the different departments and the organization at large to meet financial goals.
  • Develop and implement budget and operations policies, control costs to keep the organization on track financially.
  • Extracting trends from data and developing the most efficient plans for business operations.
  • Prepare reports for senior management
  • Negotiating contracts with clients
  • Management of procurement and supplies.
  • Management of organizational resources(material and personnel) for optimal efficiency.
  • Creating a positive culture to enhance smooth work operations
  • Ensure workers/departments comply to company policies
  • Ensure workers have the necessary tools to carry out their responsibilities.
  • Direct talent and resources to advance strategic business goals
Requirements
  • A Degree in any related field with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or its equivalent
  • An MBA or a professional certificate in related field is an added advantage.
  • The preferred candidate must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience

    Job Title: Marketing Officer Location: Rivers Resposibilities The responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
  • Preparing, planning and managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion.
  • Creating marketing campaigns and working with the marketing as well as the business development managers to see them executed.
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
  • Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
  • Track marketing performance and prepare Report on ROI.
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns and advertising to make sure correct medium are being used and campaigns are effective.
Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role.

    Job Title: Sales Officer Location: Rivers Resposibilities The responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
  • Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Communicate with leads and customers via email
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately
  • Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers
  • Advise on appropriate purchase options
  • Promote specific products as directed by upper management
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
  • Source and work customer referrals
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review

Job Title: Sales Assistant Location: RiversResposibilities The responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
  • Advising & serving customers.
  • Processing payments.
  • Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
  • Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
  • Promoting store cards or special offers.
  • Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
  • Arranging window displays.
  • Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management.
Requirements
  • At least a Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent. A credit in English Language and Mathematics is an added advantage.
