We have been engaged by our client in the Pharmaceutical industry, to employ suitably qualified candidate for immediate employment into the position below:
Job Title: Regional Business Supervisor (RBS)
Locations: South-East Region with base in Port Harcourt, North-Central Region with base in Abuja, North-West Region with base in Kano, Lagos Region with base in Lagos, and South-West Region with base in Ibadan.
Accountabilities
Candidate for the position will have the following Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach and motivate sales team members to achieve a high-performance field force.
- Develop & Implement the regional business plan in line with the overall corporate strategy of our client.
- Implement the required marketing activities to enhance the achievement of the regional sales and prescription target.
- Grow regional business to deliver double digits growth in products prescriptions and sales.
- Develop long-term profitable business relationship with key customers in the region.
Competencies/Skills
- Knowledge of the geographical & business terrain of the referred region is critical;
- Exceptional private & public hospital selling ability;
- Verifiable understanding of the trade account dynamics;
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills;
- Presentation and Co-ordination capabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidates be a Graduate of either Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Physiology or Biochemistry from a reputable University
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry
