We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Head, Projects Accountant Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Job Purpose

  • The Job holder will be responsible for monitoring the progress of projects and ensure all accounting and financial activities are carried out in accordance with the established accounting standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Create cost assessment of projects
  • Create project accounts in the accounting system
  • Oversee all Project Accounting Activities
  • Provide high level of communication of financial project management information
  • Coordinate timely preparation of annual budget forecast for all projects
  • Create and maintain all costrelated records, including contracts, invoices, billings and orders
  • Create and submit reports and tax returns related to projects
  • Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required
  • Report on project profitability to the management
Qualification and Experience
  • BSc in Accounting or any related field
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • 6-12 years in similar role
  • Not more than 45years
  • Must have experience in Project Contracts
    Job Title: Project Manager Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Job Purpose
  • The Job holder will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of projects from planning to completion and would ensure that projects are completed successfully within time and budget.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop Project scopes and objectives
  • Plan and coordinate resources to ensure optimal execution of Projects
  • Assess Project performance and escalate as required
  • Perform risk management to minimize Project risk
  • Track project process and mange projects
Qualification and Experience
  • BSc, MSc, MBA in related field
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • 6-12 years in similar role
  • Not more than 45years
  • Must have background in Building Engineering, Architecture,
  • Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD
  • PMP Certification is important
    Job Title: Project Admin Officer Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Job Purpose
  • The Job holder will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate project activities and perform administrative functions concerned with the Project.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day administrative and logistics assistance and support
  • Prepare reports and provide accurate information as required
  • Create and update work flows
  • Organize meetings, take minutes and keep up to date records of vendors, contractors etc.
  • Track project process and mange projects
Qualification and Experience
  • B.Sc in Business Admin or related discipline
  • Must have worked in a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications including Project Management Software
