Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Job brief
- We are looking for an HR assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties.
- Your role is to act as the liaison between the HR manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
- An ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position holds an academic HR background.
- Familiarity with our industry (oil and Gas) is also an advantage. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates. Following our training sessions, you will also be able to assist the HR manager in the life cycle recruitment (e.g. onboarding process for new hires and candidate sourcing.)
- Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire and maintain our employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position. 3 year experience in a similar position
- PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
- Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Familiarity with resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field.

Job Title: Security Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Security coordinators develop and implement the physical protection of the people and property of a business or residence
- They are generally behind the scenes and provide continuous monitoring of, and feedback to, the security guards that actually provide the visible protection.
Tasks
- Tasks of a Security Coordinator include strategic planning, appropriate personnel placement and training of the staff of security guards
- Security coordinators must also be able to effectively communicate their plans to the appropriate members of management and staff.
- Security Coordinators must know how to use a wide range of technical equipment and must have a knowledge of safety procedures, including firearm safety.
- communicate with local authorities, including police officers, firefighters and emergency services
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a minimum of B.Sc with 8 years experience in security
- Security certification is an added advantage and he must not be older than 40 years as at December 31st, 2018.

Job Title: Close Protective Officer
Location: Lagos
Basic Functions
- The Incumbent is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment.
- The job holder is responsible for protecting our clients from physical harm.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of OND is required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of providing close protection service or protective driving services is required
- Speaking/Reading/Writing in English is required (Good working knowledge).
- Incumbent must be familiar with the Nigeria driving laws, local customs, cultural norms.
- Need to be familiar with Special Protective Equipment (SPE) and maintain situational awareness and conduct counter-surveillance to enhance post’s off-compound security posture.
