Job Title: Head of Advisory

The Role
Your key responsibility is:
- Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be
responsible for the provision of high level management advice and
consultancy services to the company’s clients
The Person
- Degree-qualified in Social Sciences, Law, or any business
related discipline with 8-10 years’ cognate experience in a professional
service or consulting company. An MBA or relevant post-graduate
qualification in a related discipline will be an added advantage
- Experience in leading the provision of expert advisory and
consultancy services to clients on a wide range of complex business
management matters
- Ability to establish and achieve agreed revenue generation and profit maximization targets
- Successful track record of business development and relationship
management, including the development of enduring institutional
relationships and networks
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable ability to deliver
high-level advice on issues of a complex and sensitive nature to
clients at the highest organizational levels
Job Title: Manager, Finance and Administration

Job Summary
- Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be
responsible for implementing the company’s financial and administrative
policies, procedures, and systems as well as ensuring compliance on
same.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with generally acceptable Accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Advise the Management on all financial matters including budget implementation
- Oversee administration functions including but not limited to procurement, asset management and general office maintenance
Requirements
- A Degree in Accounting or any Social Sciences
- 3-5 years post NYSC experience
- Professional qualifications such as ICAN/ACCA or an MBA is required
- Prior work experience working with senior management is essential
- Computer literate with good understanding of standard accounting software packages
- Be up-to-date concerning changes in regulations and legislations in the financial industry
Job Title: Content Manager
Ref: HLE/417/CM
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent is primarily responsible for
co-developing and executing the organization’s digital content strategy.
You will also be expected to:
- Manage the sourcing, writing, editing and uploading of new
digital content, amend existing content across the company’s digital
channels and ensure web content is accessible, informative and engaging
- Manage content creation with internal and external contributors as needed
- Ensure content fulfils brand and business objectives
- Continually analyze the effectiveness of the company’s content
using web analytics, and makes recommendations to improve content based
on data and also offer ideas on how content solutions can optimize and
drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with the Commercial team and our PR partners to
execute the company’s promotions, ensuring the customer experience is
optimized and messaging is on brand
- Develop and create relationships with key content contributors and authors
Qualifications
- BA in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public
Relations, or any other relevant qualification; Masters degree or PHD
will be an added advantage
- Proven commercial experience working within a similar role, ideally with a digital focus
- A strong understanding of content creation; writing, editing and
uploading content and previous experience populating pages/websites
using Content Management Systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong copy writing skills and an understanding of SEO within
web copy would be highly beneficial (natural search in copy &
metadata)
- Good understanding of retail websites and the importance of the customer
- Excellent interpersonal skills working as part of a wider team
and on an individual basis, liaising with merchandising teams and the
wider business
- Be up-to-date concerning changes in regulations and legislations in the financial industry
