  • A graduate trainee is required to attend all their training classes which will give them basic information about various sectors of the company such as management, finance, etc.
  • A graduate trainee may work under the supervision of senior employers and may be asked to do research work for the company. They may be asked to document the trend of the budget of the company and other such related work.
  • A graduate trainee may sometimes be required to visit different working fields in order to get on hand working experience.
  • A graduate trainee may be required to make presentations which a training session demands on the basis of which he or she may be evaluated.
  • A graduate trainee has to pass the entire test in order to work for that company and needs to show his or her competence for working.
  • A graduate trainee may be asked to keep records for the company and may be required to come up with new ideas for the improvement in the basic conditions of the company.

    Job Title: HSE Officer Location: Abuja Job Type: Contract Job Circumstances: This is a fixed term employment contract for Minimum 6months. Qualification
  • He/She must have a Degree / Diploma with NEBOSH/OHSAS
  • He/She must have knowledge of all safety practices followed in the oil and gas industry with Nebosh and OHSAS.
  • HSE Personnel should be NEBOSH Certificate holder and shall have experience in handling construction or maintenance projects in Oil and Gas industries with at least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity as HSE Officer.
  • He/She must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
  • Computer knowledge in MS Office is a mandatory requirement.
  • Candidate Should have Experience in Oil & gas,

    Job Title: Engineer Location: Abuja or at any of our offices Job Circumstances: This is a fixed term employment and Contract Role Overview
  • The role will provide strategic oversight and coordination for the implementation of the drive to attain Projects and Supplies through tenders and visitations to companies and getting contracts, projects and supplies for Cainergy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop elaborate and robust strategies for the Business Development Department to enhance effective implementation of Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements towards achievement of stated project and training results.
  • Lead in the development of tools, manuals and training resources needed to ensure successful Training projects and implementation.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and reports to him/her.
  • Conduct periodic reviews, reflections and planning meetings with stake holders and client to inform project strategies.
  • Lead in the organization and facilitation of pursuing tenders to conclusion, project review meetings with the active participation of beneficiaries and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Company’s Contracts and Supply Chains Departments or agency at all times in order to follow up tenders or get an ITT.
Qualifications Required & Experience
  • The Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering but preferably in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
  • Interested persons shall have a working experience in the field of sales and business development from 5-7 years.
Technical:
  • Knowledge and experience in project management especially related to Assets Integrity Maintenance.

  • The role will provide strategic oversight and coordination of the implementation of the Project titled Opuama Flow station Maintenance Programme Development with the guidance of project documents, and in accordance with contractual agreement with the Client and other stakeholders. As a Project Lead, you are leading the project team and you are responsible for the successful completion of the Project within time and budget but not limited to the following:
  • Lead the team and execute the project within the safety rules and Quality standards.
  • The first point of contact for the client.
  • Coming up with creative technical solutions that enable you to complete a project successfully within time and budget with the resources available and maximize the operational result and profit.
  • Responsibility for your team, equipment, third party involvement and procurement for the project.
  • Provide regular reports to the responsible manager and maintaining contacts with the supporting departments at the head office.
Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Project Coordinator and the Consultants to ensure that project takeaways are mainstreamed into programme work as relevant.
  • Anticipate project risks and take steps to mitigate them.
  • Conduct periodic reviews, reflections and planning meetings with stake holders and client to inform project strategies.
  • Lead in the organization and facilitation of project review meetings with the active participation of beneficiaries and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic support to increase understanding and appreciation of changes in project agreements and direction.
  • Actively participate in Client review and reflection meetings, and highlight project successes, challenges and mitigating measure to overcome challenges.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Client agency at all times.
  • Prepare and ensure that periodic technical and financial reports of the project are submitted to Client organization as per the contract specification and deadlines.
Qualification Required & Experience
  • The Candidate must hold at least a Master’s Degree in Project Management with at least 3 years of work experience in the Oil and Gas.
  • He/She must be able to swim.
Technical:
  • Knowledge and experience in project management especially related to Integrity and Assets Maintenance, Criticality Assessment of facilities, Pipeline and Process Piping Inspection projects.
