Job Title: Branch Manager (Sales)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Promotes the sales and marketing activity to the target market decision makers within customer organizations throughout the defined markets
  • Interact with business partners to provide materials supporting various business priorities
  • Manage account portfolio and maintain close relationship with customers for business retention and referrals
  • Deployed suitable e-solutions services and tools for branch customers
  • Extensive recovery and credit control to track non-performing facilities advanced to clients.
  • Financial Analyses of client’s operation cycle to determine Trade requirements and financing needs.
  • Risk assets creation and deposit-liability generation.
  • Budget Monitoring and Control of the branch’s expenses.
  • Works with the Group Head to identify and develop new markets in the within the bank’s footprint and expand lending opportunities in accordance with the bank’s strategic plan.
  • Provides advice and counsel to customers on financing related matters, representing the bank’s best interests always
  • Provides advice and counsel to team mates on various topics, which include sales, marketing, loan structure, pricing, etc. A trusted mentor who represents the bank’s best interests at all times
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be persuasive one-on- one as well as in a group setting
  • Carry out banking activities in strict compliance with approved legislation.
  • Business Development, account recruitment and relationship management.
  • Sales and Marketing of products and services including cross-selling of bank’s products.
  • Customer care delivery and financial advisory services to customers.
