Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, including office management, client services, and accounts management.

Responsibilities
Office Management:

  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities.
  • Supervise administrative staff.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Front Desk Associate:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Receive clients and visitors, and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.

Client Service Point's Person:

  • Follow up with clients to gauge service satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and consultations.
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent service.

Administration:

  • Oversee the maintenance of all regulatory and legal compliance documentation.
  • Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, training, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication for seamless operations.

Accounts Management:

  • Maintain accounting records, including expenses and revenues.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management's review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Highly articulate with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
