Job Title: Head of Operations

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead our administrative and operational functions, with a strong focus on project management and process optimization.
- This role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, overseeing cross-functional operations, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- You will play a key role in digitizing workflows, coordinating projects, and managing resources to ensure the seamless execution of tasks and company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management & Digitization:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflows, optimal resource utilization, and timely execution of tasks.
- Lead the assessment and implementation of digital tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Develop and maintain digital document management systems to improve organization and ease of access to key information.
- Standardize data collection, reporting, and performance metrics to facilitate informed decision-making and continual improvements.
Administrative Leadership:
- Supervise and streamline all administrative activities to maintain high standards of organization and resource management.
- Organize travel logistics, accommodation, and event coordination for staff and external stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and execution of team-building activities, office events, and initiatives that promote collaboration and morale.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
- Oversee vendor relations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring value for money in procurement and services.
Project Management & Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee company projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution, particularly with donor engagements and event planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects remain on track and meet established KPIs.
- Implement and maintain strong project management practices using digital tools to track progress and facilitate communication.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional operations team to achieve performance targets and drive operational excellence.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall company objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience in implementing digital tools and solutions to streamline processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Zoho Projects) and office productivity tools.
- 7+ years of experience in operations, administration, and project management roles, with demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful projects.

- Competitive salary range: N300,000.00 - N500,000.00 per month
