Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. The Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing essential administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of training and certification programs.
  • Maintain accurate records, including client information, invoices, and administrative documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Remuneration

  • N70,000 Salary Monthly.
