We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage workspace resources to ensure an effective and efficient workspace experience for all employees.
  • Assist with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities in relation to office supplies, subscriptions, and repairs in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Keep all assets, equipment, and databases in check and update them regularly.
  • Account for all company’s equipment and workspace resources at all times and monitor compliance to use by employees.
  • Ensure subscriptions are renewed before the due date for efficient work experience.
  • Monitor and manage the power supply in the workspace and ensure consistent power supply during work hours.
  • Manage and document all suppliers, vendors, and relevant merchants' contact details.
  • Manage the company facilities and ensure all needs are in place for the smooth running of the office.
  • Ensure all company’s relevant documents are properly kept and managed.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and set-up of daily office lunches, hangouts, and special events in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Build innovative work systems, processes, and structures for administrative activities.
  • Supervise cleaning and cleanliness of workspace.
  • Create and present admin reports for senior managers.
  • Collaborate with team leads to meet all team workspace demands when needed.
  • Ensure all office equipment is well monitored, maintained, and serviced from time to time.
  • Recommend and oversee office and employee equipment/tools supplies and repairs.
  • Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary using the appropriate means.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure a conducive workspace experience.
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and other Administrative tools.
  • Ability to work in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
