Job Title: Admin & Front Desk Officer

Location: Kaduna

Job Description

  • Serve as receptionist or first-line liaison to internal and external contacts and provide general office support.
  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing system.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Ensure in compliance with company rules and regulations.
  • Notify Security Officer about unescorted guests and emergency situations.
  • Assist in making meeting room reservations, catering arrangements and travel bookings.
  • Draft, review and proofread office documents.
  • Perform basic data entry when needed.
