Heights Access Nigeria team is made up of some exceptional people who have extensive experience in all aspects of construction and industrial equipment specification, engineering, procurement and execution. Our team has over 100 years of cumulative and rounded experience most of which were gained by hands on tutoring facilitated by our manufacturing partners and conducted in very deft and deliberate manner over several years and still on going. We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Technical Operation Lead Location: Lagos Report To: Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer Job Description
  • Provides direction for the technical operations unit
  • Applies significant knowledge of the product and service offerings to improve service to our clients.
  • Ensure compliance to units laid down processes and procedures as approved by management.
  • Ensure that high-quality services is always delivered
  • Ensure that there is adequate resources both human and material resource for smooth running of the technical operations unit.
  • Ensure all personnel within the technical operations unit are all trained to the required level of expertise expected of them
  • Keeps management well informed of project status including challenges being face that requires management intervention.
  • Ensures that enterprise content library is being updated and secured.
  • Must make contact and be in constant correspondence with executive of construction and industrial engineering organization relevant to our product and service offerings.
  • Responsible for the Health, Safety and Environment policy development and compliance company wide
  • Responsible for developing the service arm of the company.
Education & Qualification
  • BSc. in Civil, Mechanical or Construction related degree
  • Masters degree
  • COREN registration would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years working Experience
Experience:
  • Experience in project management, budgeting and control
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office software
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Interpreting Workshop drawings
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office software
