Responsibilities
- Run reports as required and assist with the administration and co-ordination of departmental reports
- To collate and produce high standard documents for a variety of forums including team and management meetings, other meetings, reports and company publications
- Manage and organize the ID card processes, On-boarding and Off-boarding of employees
- Create and manage the filing and database systems of the department
- Other duties that may also be assigned by the HRM.
- The Team Assistant is a business support role that provides support to the HR team (consist of HR Manager, HR Executives)
- Support the team/department’s effectiveness by ensuring high effective level of administrative support
- Responsible for basic administrative tasks (problem-solving, query handling, follow-up of facilities errors etc)
- Responsible for managing the diary of HR Manager, organizing internal/external meetings, booking of hotels, travels and couriers, organizing events)
- Assist in maintaining and uploading contents to the BambooHR system
Requirements
- Relevant experience of providing secretarial and administrative support to the HR team and others
- Proven records of Effective office systems and procedures
- Ability to deal with Confidential information effectively
- Ability to work with less supervision in a pressurized environment
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and balance conflicting demands using initiative to resolve problems as well as manage workload within agreed deadlines
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for effective communication (internal/external)
Education & Experience:
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Minimum of Five years in HR/Admin
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing company( COMPULSORY)
- Proficiency in MS Office (emphasis on Excel, Word, Power point Presentation)
- Proven record to navigate spaces in talent management, proactive thinker and good leadership skills.
- Knowledge of ERP training database would be useful.
Salary Range
NGN 100,000 - NGN 150,000 Monthly.
