  • Provide day to day performance management guidance to line managers (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Prepare and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Key Result Area (KRAs) before performance review.
  • Provide performance management counselling to reporting managers and subordinates before, during and after appraisal session.
  • Manage performance review process for company on a quarterly basis.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Manage and lead recruitment, management and support activities.
  • Prepare, review job description and issuing same to new staff on resumption of work.

  • Conduct TNA, prepare training calendar & budget in line with the training needs of the organization and implement same as approved by the management.
  • Work with chosen training providers (vendors) to develop, design and coordinate suitable content for workshop courses (program designer).
  • Evaluate and monitor success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation exercise for new employees.
  • Supervise and mentor HR/Admin staff in the delivery of HR, administrative and third party services providers in support of business operations.
  • Manage compensation and benefits program and review all payroll changes or input prior to processing and payment.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit structuring, workforce planning, succession planning.
  • Coordinate assets management and maintenance of facilities across the country.
  • Manage the set-up and day to day delivery of office management; vendor and supplier relationships to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure employee complaint is attended to as quick as possible, investigate complaint and present the findings to the relevant panel.
  • Conduct exit interview and post exit services.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening etc.)
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Develop induction and orientation program
  • Liaised with government agencies and organizations (NSITF, ITF, PENCOM) on all compliance related issues.
  • Initiate and participate in the selection process to select the most suitable
  • internal/external candidates for vacant positions.
  • Track staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient method and sources.
  • Monitor the execution of well-planned induction programmes to enable the new employees reach productivity levels faster
  • Supervise the administration of work attendance and payroll input.
  • Formulate, review and implement HR policies and SOPs with regard to organization vision, mission, business interest and legal stipulation.
  • Provide day to day HR policy guidance, interpretation and services.
  • Manage the end to end complex employee cases through issuance of query, warning letter, termination and thorough objective investigations of conflict in accordance with labor law and employee handbook.
  • Manage competing personalities in the organization.
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop HR system, procedures, solutions and policies in compliance with applicable Labor law.
  • Drive regulatory compliance of employee’s related matters, thereby reducing legal risks and ensuring as needed/required.
  • Perform any other task (s) as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
