Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Description

  • Our client, a footwear making organization is currently seeking to recruit a business development officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales, identify areas of growth, analyze customer base and current sales strategies identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.

What You’ll Do
A snapshot of your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services
  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and engage with the CEO to establish strategies for pursuing these opportunities.
  • Develop a strong customer relationship in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the CEO to achieve revenue goals.
  • Gather and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on market trends, competition, and products in the market.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in any other relevant field.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Business Development/sales
  • Good understanding of business analytics and sales knowledge
  • strong ability to close sales
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office package

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.

 

 

 

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Surulere / Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Our client a footwear making organization is currently seeking to recruit an Inventory Officer, responsible for handling the material management responsibilities which includes acquisition of the material, merchandise, items, etc., and its proper distribution. You are to ensure optimum levels of inventory is maintained and that it is at par with quality standards while keeping a track of the inventory records and making sure that it is accurate.

What You’ll Do
A snapshot of your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked products inventory stock profile and stock location.
  • Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks.
  • Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete/redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital.
  • Ensure incoming products is receipted and manage appropriately according to company procedure.
  • Ensure material are ready and available for production as and when required.
  • Provide routine management information on inventory performance.
  • Implement improvement processes and system to reduce inventory, minimize cost and maximize working capital.
  • Write and maintain accurate written procedure for all main inventory control processes and functions.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
  • Prepare reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions.

Qualification and Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in any other relevant field.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience as an Inventory officer
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office package

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
