Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description/Responsibilities
Strategy:
- Drive profitable growth by acquiring, developing and servicing long-term relationships with clients.
Business:
- Accountable for the performance of individual’s own client book.
- Deliver NNM, AUM, and revenue growth targets and key operating
metrics (such as tail accounts management, client acquisition, client
satisfaction, portfolio mix).
- Implement an asset allocation in line with the client needs, and model portfolios as benchmarks.
- Generate healthy pipeline of target market prospects and convert them into clients.
- Grow client portfolio size by deepening existing customer relationships
- Deliver, monitor and review solutions to clients based on client investment profile.
- Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts in accordance with established procedures.
- Deliver profitable growth by controlling costs and mitigating operational losses.
- Deliver positive client performance in line with client investment profiles.
Processes:
- Support the continuous improvement of processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the effective management of operational risks across the
Business and in compliance with applicable internal policies, and
external laws and regulations at a global level.
- Support the delivery of Business strategy in a safe and well-controlled manner and on an end-to-end basis.
- Ensure sales management, suitability and onboarding processes are applied appropriately.
People and Talent:
- Collaborate with support functions, business partners, and
product specialists to deliver One Bank, support cross selling efforts
and referral program (where applicable), and provide effective client
solutions.
Risk Management:
- Do what is right in order to avoid reputational risks and operational losses.
- Understand the risk and control environment within area of responsibility and drive rectification as required.
- Handle customer issues, complaints, and product enquiries on timely basis in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure that Risk Management matters that are brought to
attention are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate
reporting to the relevant Risk Committees and/or line management.
Governance:
- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which
the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations
relevant to the role.
- Ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics and
compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations forms part
of the culture.
- Participate in Local Client Committee and other relevant committees where applicable.
- Engage with all audit report findings and ensure feedback is acted upon.

Qualification
- The chosen candidate should hold an appropriate B.Sc compliant qualification
Job Title: QA/QC Inspector
Location: Lagos
Job Description
The principle Accountabilities are:
- Manage the QA/QC Inspection department to ensure 100% compliance
to Peak’s manufacturing drawings from both the internal and external
supply chains.
- Undertake 100% dimensional inspection of finished parts.
- Undertake visual inspection of parts and test product if required.
- Recording and maintaining calibration records as per Peak’s ISO9001 procedure.
- Deliver all activities consistent with Peak’s QHSE expectations, ensuring that safety and quality are a priority.
- Ensure all internal processes followed for inspection workflow tracking.
- Ensure that all required inspections are completed, inspection
equipment is calibrated, QA/QC systems are maintained, non-conformance
reports are raised and entered into INX as required and assist with
maintaining and updating QA/QC work procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure that all processes, procedures and documentation are followed.
- Provide training and mentoring to other personnel as required.
- Liaise with both internal manufacturing and supply chain in
relation to INX issues (NCRs, Incident Reports) and ensure timely
close-out of incidents.
- Maintain a high standard of 5S within the Inspection department
and be proactive in suggesting and implementing improvements to the
department, workflow and day to day functionality.
- Ensure full documentation of work performed and proper flow of information through use of AIMS.
Criterias
- Qualified and experience Toolmaker.
- High level inspection skills using measuring equipment required, including CMM and Gagemaker. Mic-track experience advantageous
- Understanding of Manufacturing drawings
- Understanding of CNC machining operations
- Able to read material certificates
- Proven work ethic
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of B.O.M.
- Training and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work unsupervised while clearly executing instructions
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a small team environment
- High awareness of QHSE
- Excellent computer skills
