We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Technical Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Provide second-level support to internal and external clients/customers
  • Provide technical training to clients/customers responsible for managing the eTranzact solutions/system
  • Provide technical documentation to aid deployment of solutions and knowledge of deployed solutions
  • Facilitate testing of developed solutions for effectiveness and alignment with pre-defined requirements
  • Facilitate installation, configuration and implementation of developed solutions
  • Manage client/customer support requests and ensure feedback is provided within acceptable time limits

Requirements and Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
