Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and intellectual Product Manager to join the dynamic team at Carbon Micro Finance Bank. 
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and deliver innovative fintech products that impact the financial lives of our customers. 
  • We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a proven track record of successfully taking products from concept to customer adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product relevance and suitability by proposing product recommendations in alignment with the overall company strategies and directions.
  • Generating ideas for new products, creating product requirements documentations (PRD), and arranging design sprints.
  • Manage product risks and financials by working with relevant teams to make necessary improvements to products to meet changing business needs and market climate.
  • Lead and execute offline activations for bank products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, increase adoption, and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor product performance in terms of market share and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years in B2C/B2B product management preferably within a fintech, digital banking or technology organization, including mobile banking, API-driven banking services, and customer engagement tools with a proven track record of end-to-end product delivery.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Retool, Excel/Sheets) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in client facing roles, activating products, driving customer engagement, and gathering customer insights is required.
  • Experience working with loan products in regulated environments with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with product development and customer adoption is a bonus.
