Job Summary
- We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for developing innovative payment solutions that empower customers to seamlessly and securely manage their financial transactions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly in the financial services or payment industry, and a proven ability to deliver user-centric products that drive business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
The individual in this role will:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment solutions, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives, with a focus on enhancing payment experiences and driving adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX/UI, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing) to deliver high-quality payment products and features that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure seamless integration of payment products with existing systems, third-party APIs, and banking infrastructure, while maintaining high standards of reliability, security, and scalability.
- Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, secure, and meet the needs of both B2B and B2C users.
- Manage stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on product progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and external partners.
- Drive adoption and engagement of payment products through effective go-to-market strategies, user education, and continuous improvement based on feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer experience.
- Develop and track key product metrics (e.g., transaction success rates, fraud rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth) to measure the impact of payment solutions and inform future iterations.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services, payment processing, or FinTech industry.
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in FinTech, payment processing, or financial services (required).
- Experience with B2B and B2C payment solutionsis highly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering payment solutions (e.g., digital wallets, payment gateways, mobile payments, or cross-border payments) that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand system integrations, APIs, and cloud-based payment platforms.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including card networks, ACH, real-time payments, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML).
- Experience working with fraud prevention tools, risk management systems, and data analytics to enhance payment security and reduce transaction risks.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and results-oriented outcomes.
