We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Showroom Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Ensure showroom targets are achieved.
Assist in stock management and ordering; reassess stock monthly/ ensure customer orders are met as soon as possible.
Supervise activities of showroom sales officer and technician attached to showroom (where applicable)
Ensure daily banking is reconciled and banked accurately.
Ensure reports are sent in daily/ as at when due.
Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times.
Assist in systems review on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels.
Provide information on business opportunities and threats; including competition.
Build long-term relationships that build loyalty and trust with key customers
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification.
At least 1 years work experience.
Good time-management skills.
Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
Patient and friendly personality.
Team player.
Result orientation.
Creativity/ innovativeness.
Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation.
Good negotiation skills.
Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.
