Job Summary

  • As a Project Administrative / Document Control Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the project team in coordinating and executing projects that drive our mission of sustainable energy solutions. 
  • You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects
  • This position is tailored for experienced administrative and team support professionals with a strong background in information technology, project management and administrative support.
  • You will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values open communication, diverse perspectives, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project planning.
  • Responsible for document control in shared folders and document exchange platforms
  • Arrange travel logistics for team members.
  • Manage administrative aspects of project management.
  • Participate in team meetings, take minutes and circulate
  • Prepare presentation slides and present at meetings

Qualifications and Experience

  • PMP, Prince2 or Professional Scrum certification is mandatory.
  • Prior work experience or knowledge in administrative roles in a multinational organisation is advantageous.
  • Goal-oriented, comfortable working in diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
