Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Cultivate new leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales target.
  • Visit customers on a recurring basis
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Maintain records of all sales leads
  • Age: 27 - 35 years

Qualification and Experience

  • OND / HND / BSC
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales

Skills:

  • Proven sales & supervisory experience
  • Outstanding sales skills with proven ability to convert prospects into active clients; strong communication
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of local sales region
  • An ‘eye on the prize’ attitude with a passion to succeed and must possess ability to talk and convince prospects.

Renumeration

  • Base pay plus commission
