Job Title: Sales & Account Manager, Mobile Advertising - Nigeria

Job Description

  • We are currently growing our team in Lagos Nigeria, and are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, motivated, dynamic, and well-connected Sales & Account Manager to join us.

Overview and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for driving growth and generating revenues by leading and managing advertising sales, marketing and customer care towards our clients (brands and their agencies).
  • You will be responsible for upselling to existing clients as well as generating your own leads, negotiating and closing deals, reaching revenue targets, and assisting clients through the course of their campaigns.
  • You will be trained on our offerings and our product suite but general client relationship and account management skills must already exist.

The role comprises of the following responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow existing account revenues.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide day to day support to your portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals.
  • Report on campaign performance.
  • Fulfill all role functionalities associated with sales and account management.
  • Daily pipeline management and other related administration.
  • Manage and build client direct and agency relationships.
  • Ensure your clients are kept up to date on any new product offerings and are educated on OTM's capabilities.
  • Be the single point of contact for your clients throughout the course of their campaigns and provide them with day-to-day support.

Key Stakeholders

  • Media planners & buyers – Agency or client direct.
  • Digital strategists.
  • Head of programmatic.
  • Marketing, Legal.
  • Media Planning & Co-Ordination (internal).

Requirements

  • Media Sales experience (minimum 5 years).
  • Knowledge of digital and or mobile advertising products.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Ambitious, team player and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational, people management, and social skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian digital agency landscape.
  • Established relationships within the digital media industry (SMS, USSD, PCM – messaging).
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
