Job Title: Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Week: Monday to Saturday (8am - 5pm)

Job Description

• We are seeking 7 talented and passionate Digital Marketers / Social Media Managers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage social media accounts, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster online communities.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Analyze social media performance and report on key metrics.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search engine optimization, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Experience with social media marketing tools and analytics platforms.
